If so, you have come to the right place! The Migrant Support Worker Program (MWSP) funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) at Polycultural Immigrant and Community Services provides information and orientation to Migrant Workers arriving to Ontario. At the Toronto Pearson Airport, our supportive team is the first point of contact to provide orientation on informational resources, and referral services to Migrant Workers travelling from all over the world.
Our ultimate goal is to accommodate the needs of thousands of Migrant Workers each year by effectively communicating about their rights and responsibilities, referrals and resources, and way of life while working and staying in Canada. If you have a family or friend arriving to Ontario as a Migrant Worker, please have them contact us via email at MWSP-info@polycultural.org to arrange an orientation upon arrival to make your transition smoother and easier living in Ontario.

How to access this service?
If you plan to migrate to Canada on a work-permit, please email us to arrange an orientation at the airport upon arrival. Otherwise, you can find us at our Kiosk at Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal 1 for arrivals, level 1, near Gate E.
